North Brunswick real estate is located in a township in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The township was named for New Brunswick, New Jersey and has a population of 40,742. Both townships share their name with the German city of Braunschweig, translated in English to Brunswick or House of Brunswick. New Brunswick was named for this city. The high school, North Brunswick Township High School has been recognized by the Blue Ribbon Schools Program. Institutes of higher learning include Cook College of Rutgers University. A DeVry University campus is located on U.S. Route 1. Ross University has administrative offices on the DeVry site and Anthem Institute has a branch on Route 1.
